The house, which covers a surface of about 400m2, was built on a plot of land of 4665m2. It includes eight bedrooms plus a common area of 120m2, and is arranged in such a manner that it allows independent access to the many guest houses, with each their private bathroom, kitchen and veranda. Its eastern walls drop to the sea below into a small, natural bay for the private use of the guests.
